President

JOHN SANTOS

John Santos brings over 20 years of business and construction experience in both the United States and Brazil. His professional background includes international import and export operations, followed by real estate development and general construction in New Jersey. Under his leadership, Santos Contractors Corp. has completed over 800 residential and commercial projects, ranging from single-family homes to schools, retail centers, and restaurants. John is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Managing Partner

ANDRE O. CANFIELD

Andre Canfield brings over 20 years of leadership and construction management experience. His background includes managing complex projects from early planning through completion, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and team leadership. Andre’s fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish allows SCC to better serve a diverse client base and workforce. His experience in people management and construction practices strengthens the company’s operational performance.

Blackberry Studios Architecture

THOMAS REYNOLDS

Thomas Reynolds is an accomplished architectural designer with over 18 years of experience in residential, commercial, medical, and historic restoration projects. He studied architecture at NJIT and continued his education at the Academy of Art University, driven by a long-standing passion for design. Thomas began his career with a major commercial real estate development firm, managing architectural work across North Jersey, Southern New York, and Eastern Pennsylvania. He later founded Blackberry Studios Architecture, where he continues to focus on multifamily residential and mixed-use developments. Thomas is a founding member and current Vice President of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA), has served as President of the Montclair NAACP, and remains an active board member of several professional and community organizations.

Digital Marketing & Brand Strategist

LOREENA DOS SANTOS

Loreena Dos Santos supports Santos Contractors Corp. through marketing, branding, and digital communications initiatives. She is responsible for managing the company’s online presence, updating project portfolios, and creating cohesive visual and written materials that align with the company’s brand and website. Loreena works closely with leadership to ensure marketing assets accurately reflect ongoing projects, company values, and professional standards. Her attention to detail, organization, and understanding of modern digital platforms help strengthen the company’s visibility and presentation across multiple channels.

Vice President

EDINEA SANTOS

Edineia Santos serves as Vice President of Santos Contractors Corp. and plays a key role in overseeing the company’s financial operations and long-term growth strategy. She is responsible for maintaining strong financial controls while supporting the company’s commitment to quality, integrity, and customer service. Edineia is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish and works closely with leadership to evaluate opportunities for expansion and operational improvement.

DONALD POE

Donald Poe supports Santos Contractors Corp. with financial management, accounting, and strategic financial planning. His experience includes bookkeeping systems, financial reporting, tax planning and preparation, and business consulting for small to mid-sized organizations. Donald is known for building strong client relationships and providing financial clarity that supports long-term business success.

VICTORIA SANTOS

Victoria Santos is a licensed real estate professional and design consultant supporting Santos Contractors Corp’s residential and development projects. She assists clients with property evaluation, design planning, and project coordination to ensure each project aligns with both design goals and market value.

GABRIELLA SANTOS

Gabriella Santos works closely with the Santos Contractors Corp team as a licensed real estate agent and design consultant. She helps guide design decisions, property strategy, and client coordination throughout the planning and construction process, supporting projects from concept through completion.
